Join Us for an Evening of Food, Fellowship & Community

Conceived as our annual fall fundraiser, PastaPalooza was launched in 2026 and quickly became a beloved parish tradition. Thanks to its overwhelming success and enthusiastic community support, this special evening has now become an annual Carmel Mission Knights of Columbus event.

PastaPalooza is an evening filled with camaraderie, laughter, and fellowship, bringing together parishioners, families, and friends in celebration of our vibrant parish community.

Guests enjoy a delicious Italian dinner lovingly prepared and served by our Brother Knights, accompanied by live musical entertainment in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

As the namesake of the event, pasta takes center stage alongside:

• Fresh breadsticks
• Caprese salad
• Tiramisu
• Wine

Each year, the featured pasta entrée and salad are uniquely inspired by the creativity of our chef and crafted using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Supporting Our Community

In support of the many charitable organizations and ministries we serve, the evening also features an exciting silent and live auction showcasing gift cards and experiences from many of the finest restaurants in Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey.
